A Street
Client purchased this home because of location, size and the potential that it had. The house started as a Tudor style home. The client wanted a more contemporary look and a bit modern, but not too modern. The client was hoping to only do some work, but the house turned out to need quite a bit of work. From new roof, electrical, completely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Walls are painted in light hues of gray and whites and accents of wallpaper throughout the room, including wonderful gray wallpaper in the entry hallway, that has glass beads in it. The flooring, stair, door casings, baseboards and doors were all oak. Painted the door casings, baseboards and window moldings in white and the doors and windows were completely replaced. Finished the exterior wood sliding with stacked stone and high gloss front door. The house numbers are in black and more modern. The house is now a beautiful contemporary home that reflects the owner and their love of the beach community.
